FAQ

Common questions.

Is a digital will legally valid?+
Yes. Under Nevada NRS 133, electronic wills are legally valid when properly witnessed and executed. DeclareAll follows all requirements including identity verification, witnessed signing ceremony, and tamper-evident storage.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your will data remains accessible in read-only mode. You can reactivate to make changes.
Where is my will stored?+
Your will is stored in a SHA256 tamper-evident vault with AES-256 encryption. We maintain the authoritative copy as required by NRS 133, with a full audit trail.
What happens after I pass away?+
Your designated executor can request activation through our death-activation protocol. After verification (death certificate + KYC), they receive secure access to your will and instructions.
Does DeclareAll replace a lawyer?+
DeclareAll provides the tools to create a legally valid digital will. For complex estates, we recommend consulting with an estate attorney — you can find one through our vendor marketplace.
